Rustic property located on the border of the municipality of Terrassa with Rubí, next to the urban center called “Sant Pere de les Fonts” of this municipality and that of Sant Quirze del Vallés.

The built complex, apart from the main body of the farmhouse and annexed buildings, has a large number of auxiliary buildings. This complex has an approximate area of ​​750 m2, of which 120 m2 would correspond to porches and open spaces.

The rest is a set of closed or semi-closed constructions and urbanization elements such as paved patios, walls and porches in various states of conservation, with a combined surface area of ​​1,400 m2. In total, the grouping of buildings, porches, patios, terraces and annexes occupies an area of ​​4,500m2.
